Aesthetics Pharmacy Case v 2
Aesthetics is big business in the UK, worth an estimated £3.2 billion each year. With high demand and a growing number of clinics across the country, suppliers are under increasing pressure to establish robust digital platforms that can compete in a rapidly growing market. In this case study, we worked with our client to give them a powerful, well-built website with strong SEO foundations. This helped them grow with the industry.

About This Aesthetic Supplier

Our client is a UK-based provider of aesthetic supplies, catering primarily to practitioners and prescribers all over the country. While they offered a wide range of quality products, their previous way of "selling" was way too convoluted. It worked to an extent, but was not aligned with the expectations of their B2B customers. They needed a comprehensive e-commerce prescribing platform designed for practitioners and prescribers only, to help digitise their offering. This would help them capitalise on the growing demand in the aesthetics market. That’s when they came to us.   Boost the profitability of your online aesthetics pharmacy business.

The Challenge

The client faced the following issues before working with us:
  1. No website for the business. They're operating through WhatsApp only.
  2. No effective tracking
  3. No visibility of products online or what they could offer
  4. No way for practitioners or prescribers to sign up, create an account and track orders
They knew they had an excellent product range and competitive pricing, but they needed a digital solution that would really help them outshine their competition while greatly improving their operations and practitioner/prescriber experience.

Our Solution

We built the client’s new website system from the ground up with a focus on usability (for all types of users), speed, scalability, and search engine optimisation. Our approach involved: Bespoke Aesthetics Pharmacy Website Build – Comprehensive design and development, building the client’s digital shopfront into a sleek, responsive e-commerce experience optimised for conversions. But it's not just about conversions for a system like this. This is to become the foundation of the business. The operational backbone that ensures a seamless experience for the practitioner, prescriber and pharmacy. This is no small system.  Technically Optimised Landing & Product Pages – We implemented keyword-rich product and category pages targeting the most searched terms in the aesthetics industry, from dermal fillers to skin boosters. Site Testing and Performance Enhancement – Rigorous QA to ensure a seamless experience for both desktop and mobile users. Integration Support – Helping the client connect the site with their wider business infrastructure and order processing tools. Our goal was to provide more than just a website. We created a digital engine designed to drive traffic, convert visitors, and simplify the sales process.

The Results

Just three months after the launch of the new website, the results have been nothing short of transformative:
  1. User numbers increased by over 1200%
  2. Orders surged with £394,000 of online sales. Their best day saw them earn over £22,000
  3. Keyword rankings began to climb quickly due to strong on-page SEO foundations
  4. Improved integration led to faster, more efficient order processing
  5. Over 300 practitioner and prescriber signups
Looking at the graph below, we can see just how fast the site started ranking for keywords.   Scale your aesthetics brand to increase revenue.   These numbers clearly show how a well-designed e-commerce platform, combined with SEO-friendly content and business-focused systems integration, can unlock serious growth.

ROI as of July 2025

This solution has been totally transformative for their company. Since launching earlier this year (February 2025), on the 10th of July, the day that I am writing this, the clients have processed:
  • £1,225,225 in total sales
  • 4915 orders
  • 11,272 products
That's nothing short of exceptional. In total, the clients have spent £19,000 on their entire website build to date, and pay a small monthly charge for hosting and maintenance.

Conclusion

This case study highlights what’s possible when great products are matched with high-performing web design and development. Our client went from zero online traction to generating £22,000 in a day, and they are still seeing growth.   Whether you're a pharmacy looking to grow private service sales or a supplier looking to scale B2B revenue, your website is the foundation. With the right structure, strategy, and ongoing support, it can become your most powerful sales (and business) tool. If you are interested in getting more business from your website, book in a call with our team today. We can help you grow your business.
