Traditionally, community pharmacy has been the supplier of medicines. The new NHS requires community pharmacy to play a greater role, to be bolder and to fully utilise the clinical skills of pharmacists. With the evolution of digital health, pharmacies are becoming ‘health hubs’ in the community and a place where holistic care is delivered.

However, our skillset has increased considerably and together with the evolution of digital pharmacy, we’re able to provide a plethora of clinical services. By fully utilising digital marketing strategies and developing the right digital ecosystems, community pharmacy can greatly improve the scope of access to NHS and private pharmacy services.
